Explanation:

We can easily find the slope, by looking at the difference between each number on the table. We can see that the x values are rising in 3's, and the y values are rising in 4's. From that we can find the slope, 4/3x, since the slope rises up positive 4, and runs positive 3.

EDIT: forgot the x after the slope
