To answer this we will have to convert. Let see how many ml in a liter.
1 liter = 1000 ml
2 × 1000 = 2000
2 liters = 2000 ml
2000 ÷ 200 = 10
So,
10 (200 ml) cups
can fill a 2 liter jug.

How many ml in a liter?
1 liter = 1000 ml
2 liters = 2000 ml
2000 ml / 200 ml = 10 cups
Answer: 10 cups
