x/65 + 44*y = (x + 2860y)65

Remember the order of operation: PEMDAS (Parentheses, Exponent, Multiplication, Division, Addition, and Subtraction)

x/65 + 44*y ⇒ x/65 + 44y *multiplication

In adding fractions, both numbers must have common denominator.
44y/1 must have a denominator of 65. So, we multiply 44y*65 / 1*65

x/65 + 2860y/65 = (x + 2860y)/65
