The graph shows that the function is equal to y = 2cos(3x) + 1 because in the graph I notice that the table is (0, 3), (60°, -1), and (120°, 3). It shows that a is equal to 2, b is equal to 3, and c is equal to -1, making the function equal to y = 2cos(3x) + 1

a = 2
b = 3
c = 1
