The Mutual Reward Theory states that a relationship between two people is enhanced when there is a satisfactory balance of rewards between them as perceived by each individual. the relationship becomes a lot stronger and permanent when the rewards are equally balanced out. furthermore, the relationships are strengthened when the persons involved help or reinforce one another. In simplest terms, If you are running a business, this means that both managerial positions and employees should feel that they are appreciated.
