y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 5 = ⁻⁶/₇(x - (-4))
y - 5 = ⁻⁶/₇(x + 4)
y - 5 = ⁻⁶/₇(x) - ⁶/₇(4)
y - 5 = ⁻⁶/₇x - 3³/₇
+ 5 + 5
y = ⁻⁶/₇x + 1⁴/₇
