5(2t + 3)

Distributive property must be applied to simplify

5*2t = 10t
5*3 = 15

10t+15

Answer: 10t + 15

To multiply out of these parentheses , you will have to use the distributive property. You need to multiply the number outside of the parentheses with each of the numbers inside the parentheses. So 5*2t and 5*3, This would equal 10t+15.
Your final answer is 10t+15
