HEAT TRANSFER

Most of us describe heat as something that feels warm but science defines it as the flow of energy from a warm object to a cool object.

Heat is always transfer from warmer substance to a cooler substance.

Therefore, the movement of thermal energy from a warmer object to a cooler object is called HEAT.
