We\ will\ use\ PEMDAS.

Parenthesis
Exponents
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtraction

We\ do\ the\ multiplication\ and\ division\ first\ as\ there\ are\ no\\ parenthesis\ and\ exponents\ in\ the question.

\\3 - 3*6 + 2 =\\ 3 - 18 + 2 =\\ Now\ we\ just\ add\ and\ subtract\ what\ is\ left.\ :)\\ \fbox{We\ go\ from\ left\ to\ right.}\\ 3 - 18 = -15\\ -15 + 2 = -13\\ \\ The\ answer\ is\ \fbox{-13}.
