Correct answer choice is :

A) Many Americans wanted to return to a monarchy.

Step-by-step explanation:

The Articles of Confederation worked as the printed report that established the purposes of the federal government of the United States after it claimed freedom from England. The sections of the law practice to build the parts of the federal government and explain what powers they have. Article 1 gives Congress its powers and limits. Congress is the part of the government who can make laws for the state.

Constitutional Convention was called and set up for delegates to meet up because they could not pay taxes, The national government was very weak (which made states have full power and that's NOT a good thing).

Therefore, reading what I have just posted you would come to a conclusion that
Your answers will NOT be

D.The U.S. government could not raise money.
C.States were infringing on individual liberties.
B.The U.S. government was oppressing its citizens. This one here i'm not too sure of , but logically since states had full power they could have oppressed the citizens since nothing was in there way.........

Bottom line is I think the answer is ...

A.Many Americans wanted to return to a monarchy.

because americans were finally happy to have left that monarchy position and that they wanted to finally be independant and form there own fair government.
