Lets convert all of the fractions into one form.
8*9 = 72
72 + 1 = 73
73/9
2/3 = 6/9
73/9 - 6/9 = 64/9
64/9 = 7 1/9
Answer: 7 1/9

First you have to get 2/3 to have the same denominator- multiply by 3- now you should have 8 1/9 - 6/9. Make 8 1/9 to 73/9. 73/9 - 6/9 = 64/9 Answer: 64/9 I hope that helps!
