C. Not providing an animal with food and water

Im taking veterinary Technology, I didnt know what subject this should be in, sorry if its in the wrong subject. By the way I was pretty sure B was the right answer but in my opinion, B, C, and D seems cruel and should be illegal.

Its definitely C although the other options may seem cruel there still legal that's just the world we live in. Think about it a lot of people don't interact with there pets may seem bad but its not illegal. But you can be sure that if you don't feed your pet you can get in real trouble for neglection.

it would be D,C,B because my friend told me of somebody who went to jail doing those things
