Hydrogen peroxide is like a wound cleaner. Hair dye peroxide enbeds the color in to the hair follicle not get rid of bacteria.

The hair dye would be more acidic because its used to change the color of natural hair follicles . and hydrogen is used for balloons but when in-held it makes your voice really high pitched soo ..dose that help?
