How does castigliones view of the responsibilites of a ruling class differ from machiavelli's?

One of the main ways in which Castigliones view of the responsibilities of a ruling class differs from Machiavelli's is that Castigliones felt that a ruling class has a moral responsibility to do what is right for the people, as opposed to Machiavelli believing they had a responsibility to do what was best for the state.
