the answer is a. because the first thing i did was had X as zero. it worked for all of them.
so i tryed -4 as X and Y as zero and it got rid of D and B.
so i tryed -2 as X and Y as 1. and it worked.

1= 0.5(-2) + 2 is correct.

-2 + 2 is not equal to 1 this = to 0
and
-2(-2)+2 is not equal to 1 ether. this = to 6

use slope-intercept form
y=mx+b
m=rise divided by run
basicically
slope is the ratio of how high the graph goes for how far the graph goes
ratio of chang of y to change of x

b=y intercept or where the line crosses the y axis

so we look at the graph
it goes up 2 units for every 4 units it goes right
therefor the slope=2/4=1/2=0.5

y-intercept

we see the it crosses the y axis at the 2 height or point (0,2)
y-interercept=2
y=0.5x+2
tada
the answer is A
