1000/100000
= 10^3/ 10^5
= 10^(3-5)
= 10^(-2)

sqrt(10^(-2))= sqrt( 1*10^(-2))= 1*10^(-1)= 0.1

The final answer is 0.1~

remember that
\sqrt{(x)/(y) }= ( √(x) )/( √(y) ) so

\sqrt{(1000)/(100000) }= ( √(1000) )/( √(100000) )
find the individual square roots

( √(1000) )/( √(100000) )=
( 10√(10) )/( 100√(10) ) = (10)/(100) times ( √(10) )/( √(10) ) = (10)/(100) times 1= (1)/(10)

answer is 1/10
