$64.00* (1/2 pound/ $1.60)= 20 pounds.
(Note that the unit- $- cancels out so you get the answer)

The final answer is 20 pounds~

20 pounds can be bought for $64.00

$1.60 for 1/2 pound

$1.60 ÷ 1/2 = 1.60 * 2/1 = $3.20 per pound

$64/$3.20 = 20 pounds
