The fastest and most effective way John could use is the first option. Option A-- Provide check boxes for each choice. John just wants to know if the clients would fancy a selection of classic black and white movies. He doesn’t need a qualitative answer anymore as the main question in his mind is just answerable by a mere yes or no. It would just complicate the survey if you solicit longer answers than necessary.
