1 inch = 80 miles
Half of an inch = 40 miles
80 miles + 40 miles = 120 miles.
1 + 0.5 = 1.5 inches.
The answer is 120 miles

I believe they're 120 miles apart. You add 80 to make 1 inch and then 40 to make the other half in 1.5. 80 + 40 = 120
