1 pound = 16 ounces
2 pounds = 32 ounces
3 pounds = 48 ounces

If 48 ounces is cut into 10 equal pieces,
then each piece is (48/10) = 4.8 ounces.

3 pound/ 10 chops= 0.3 pound/chop.

We know that 1 pound= 16 ounces.

(0.3 pound/ 1 chop)* (16 ounces/ 1 pound)= 4.8 ounces/chop.

The final answer is 4.8 ounces per each chop~
