9 is the answer because 100ml is equal to 1 liter and to get 100ml we divide 300ml by 3 and to get the cost of a liter we divide 27 by 3 and get 9.

1l = 1000ml so the previous answer is almost correct but you need to multiply that by ten to get 90p
