A is false. Yes, technical knowledge of home inspection is vital for a home inspector to do his or her job. However, communication skills are also important for a home inspector to be able to clearly speak with and understand those he works with as well as the owners or occupants of the houses he or she inspects. There are many times when he or she must ask such occupants about the conditions of the house, its upkeep, as well as clarificatory questions if and when he or she sees any issues that must be addressed in the home he or she is inspecting. The other options in this questions are true because such qualifications are necessary for home inspectors to be licensed as such.
