The six Patient's Rights created under the Title II HIPAA are as follows: the patient has the right to receive a notice concerning about private practices, access to medical records as well as requesting copies of them, the amendment of medical records can be requested as well, a special privacy protection for PHI or Protected Health Information, the right to accounting of disclosures, and access to a minor child's medical records.

Do take note that these are rights and are not absolute. They are subject to discernment of proper authorities taking all factors about practising a right.
