The answer to this question is letter C.) $60.61. I got the answer by first adding the total costs of the item. It cost $15 per shirt. Since there are two that she bought, then 15 x 2= $30. The total cost of the shirts is $30. She also bought a jacket worth $28. So add 30 and 28 and you will have 58 which is the total cost of all the clothes. After that, we multiply 58 to the sales tax which is 4.5%. So 58 x 0.045 is equal to $2.61. So we add 2.61 to 58 and we will end up with $60.61.
