What is a primary or secondary source????

a primary source is like say a picture of someone farming cuz they were there or say a diary cuz that person witnessed something firsthand.and a secondary source would be like a text book cuz it didnt witness the thing its teaching its was written by someone who just heard about something.

Primary sources are sources of information that were created at the time under study.

Secondary sources are everything else. They write/talk about the study but were not created at the time.
