Pardon is the action taken by a government official (especially from the executive level) which dismisses the punishment for a crime. Reprieve, on the other hand, is the act of suspending a death penalty for a certain span of time. Amnesty is a governmental act in which all people of a particular group who did criminal acts (usually political offenses) are granted the immunity for prosecution.
