we use point slope form to figure the first line out
5 - 7/-2 - (-3)= -2/1 m = -2
y - 5 = -2 ( x - (-2)) simplify
y - 5 = -2x + (-4)
y = -2x +1 ⬅ Line 1

then we figure out the 2nd line
1 - 5/ 2 - 0= -4/2 m=-2
y - 5 = -2 ( x - 0) simplify
y - 5 = -2x
y = -2x + 5 ⬅ Line 2
meaning that since these two have the same slope and different y interceptes , making them parallel to each other
