depends what cell a cell phone or a cell like
depends on what cell you are talking about a cell like a cell phone or a cell like a small room in which a prisoner is locked up or in which a monk or nun sleeps.

It actually depends on whether it is a plant cell, animal cell, or single-cell organism. Plants and some bacteria passthrm through a cell wall which has openings in it. Animals pass them through their cell membrane through almost any point.
