There is more than one answer, by the way.

5x + 7 = 1/2 (10x + 12)

-1/9 (18x + 27) = 1 + x - 4 - 3x

x+3/4 = 3/4x + 3/4

4 + 3x = 2x - 10

A. one solution

B. no solution

C. an infinite number of solutions

A)
5x + 7 = (1)/(2) (10x + 12) has NO solution since 14 = 12 is false.

B)
- (1)/(9) (18x + 27) = 1 + x - 4 - 3x has INFINITE solutions since both sides are equal.

C)
x+ (3)/(4) = (3)/(4)x + (3)/(4) has ONE solution since x = 0.

D)
4 + 3x = 2x - 10 has ONE solution since x = -14.
