* Vincent Scarpace was born in Buffalo, New York * His mother was an artist and taught him drawing and painting a 2 years old * He then works as a production and studio artist as well as a teacher * Even now that he has retired, he continues his passion on making arts like abstract mostly with a 'fish' theme. * These 'fish' themes were an expression of his personal journey use with basic art elements of line, shape and color * His works can be seen at displays in both public and private schools.
