The answer is equal C, y = 2.

This is because if x=-2 then go to the -2 on the grid.

Now go up until the line reaches a point in the grid in which is "on" a number.
I have attached a picture explaining what I mean.
As you can see the line reached a point (on x=-2) and the answer is C.2 (Positive because it is on the higher end no the lower end.
