$10\ balls.\\\\Because:\\ The\ first\ five\ balls\ drawn\ can\ be\ black.\\The\ next\ four\ balls\ can\ be\ blue\ (5 +4 = 9).\\Ever y\ next\ ball\ is\ red.$
