4x:7x
4x + 7x = 11x
11x = 33
x =3
4 x 3 = 12
7 x 3 = 21
So 12 and 21 are in a ratio of 4:7 and add up to 33

The number of parts is:
4+7= 11
33 photos/ 11 parts= 3 photos/part
Group 1
: 4 parts* (3 photos/ 1 part)=
