ANSWER

Preposition:\text{ if }(1)/(r)\text{ is irrational, then }r\text{ is irrational}
proof:\text{ suppose }(1)/(r)=(1)/(√(p))

where square root of 'p' is not a perfect square

Thus:\text{ }r=√(p)
\text{ Therefore}:r\text{ is irrational}
