There is no possible way that you can get 2/3 into a whole number.
The process to get this answer is
you multiply 2/9 * 3*1 (because 3 is a whole number so 3/1 is 3)
and the answer comes out as 6/9 but when you simplify if is 2/3! hope this helped.
