given what you have learned about the function of key vitamins and minerals,explain why it is most often recommend for adults to consume a multi vitamin once a day along with their regular meals

It's very important and useful to consume multivitamins; although it's much better and healthier to simply eat vegetables and foods which then povide you with your daily recommended levels of all of them. Without vitamins and minerals, our body wouldn't function properly and it would probably shut down and we would slowly start to perish.
