A taxi cab costs $1.50 the 1st mile and $0.75 for each additional mile. Which equation could be solved to find how many miles you can travel in the taxi for $10, given the x is the number of additional miles?

A. 1.5x+0.75=10
B. 0.75x+1.5=10
C. 1.5x-0.75=10
D. 0.75x-1.5=10
Thank you so much!

B, the $1.50 is a fixed number, but the additional $0.75 varies on how many miles travelled (x).
