The NaCl suffers decoupling forming a cation Na+ and an anion Cl-, having free electrons the same becomes good conductor of electrical current.

NaCl ----------> Na+ + Cl-

A mixture of water and salt, we can separate the Same by means of simple distillation, this means separates through boiling temperature, the water being a substance with a lower boiling point this will vaporize, passing through the condenser where it receives a cooling, falling in béquer droplets of water and in the initial will remain empty container only the salt.
