2=k/3
k=6
y=6/x
y=6/9=2/3

$If\ x\ and\ y\ are\ inversely\ proportional\ then\ xy\ is\ constans.\\\\9y=2* 3\\\\9y=6\ \ \ \ \ \ /:9\\\\y=(6)/(9)\\\\y=(2)/(3)$
