the answer is b.-6x + 11y = 13 because you have two points that they are :
( 3/2 , 2 ) and ( -4 , -1 ) so you can say the slope is 6/11 and then you can say :
2 = 6/11(3/2) + b so b is the y-intercept and you can find it like :
2 = 9/11 + b ⇒ 2 - 9/11 = b ⇒ 22/11 - 9/11 = b ⇒ 13/11 = b so now we have :
y = 6/11x + 13/11 but the standard form is : ( y = 6/11 x + 13/11 ) 11 ⇒
11y = 6x + 13y ⇒ 11y - 6x = 13 :)))
i hope this is helpful
have a nice day
