= 4+ 1/9
= 4* (9/9)+ 1/9 (because 9/9=1, it won't change the result).
= (4*9)/9 + 1/9
= 36/9+ 1/9
= 37/9
The final answer is 37/9

you should multiply 4 by 9 and then add to 1 so you gonna have : 37/9 :))
