The complementary strand of mRNA will have the sequence AAUCGGAAC.
According to base pairing rules, When it comes to DNA, Adenine will always pair with thymine and Guanine will always pair with Cytosine. However when it comes to RNA, then the rule changes slightly. Adenine will not pair with thymine but will pair with Uracil which replaces thymine.
RNA never has thymine in its structure, but it has Uracil instead. DNA on the other hand never has Uracil in its structure but always has thymine instead. Thus Adenine in DNA will code for Uracil in mRNA.
