This graph is a parabola. Therefore, the point of symmetry occurs at the x where f'(x)=0. From this we can find the axis of symmetry:

f(x)=-5x^2-20x-10\\f'(x)=-10x-20=0\\-10(x+2)=0\\x+2=0\\x=-2

The axis of symmetry is x = 2.
