Healthy or not healthy?

Cheryl has recently decided to become vegetarian. Her family eats meat and Cheryl eats whatever they are having, just eliminating the meat. She thinks that becoming a vegetarian is a healthy choice because there is so much fat in meat. Do you agree? What do you think Cheryl needs to know to make more informed decisions about nutritions?

Not healthy. Cheyrl needs to be informed that healthy fats and protiens are essential to a healthy diet. Without healthy fats and protiens the body has a much harder time recovering after exercises. Bruises easier, and lower natural vitamin levels. Therefore simply cutting out meat is not heathy but can i fact harm you. A possible solution for cheryl is to take supplements such as multi vitamins and/or adding in healthy protiens and fats with her meals such as avacodos, nuts, olive oil.

Not healthy. Unless Cheryl has some kind of disorder, then it is ok. BUT, if not, you need as much nutrients and minerals as possible to be healthy. Meat consists of lots of vitamin B12, creatine, vitamin D3, carnosine, and DHA, which is vital in life.
