Healthy or not healthy? Cheryl has recently decided to become vegetarian. Her family eats meat and Cheryl eats whatever they are having, just eliminating the meat. She thinks that becoming a vegetarian is a healthy choice because there is so much fat in meat. Do you are? What do you think Cheryl needs to know to make more informed decisions about nutritions?

In order to get enough nutrients, she needs to have a balanced diet. Meat can still be eaten, but in small amounts. That is because it contains proteins and Iron that we need to stay healthy.
