6 gallons and 1 qt. 4 quarts equal 1 gallon. 25 divided by 4 equals 6 and you have 1 qt left over.

One gallon = 4 quarts. Divide 25 quarts by 4 and you will get the number of gallons
There are 6.25 gallons
