Hadad hasn't been feeling well lately, but he can't put his finger on exactly what is wrong. He feels run down, has body aches, and even seems to be losing more hair than normal in the shower. After running some routine tests, the doctor said he doesn't see anything wrong and suggests that maybe it is caused by stress. Hadad worries that there is something physically wrong, and he doesn't feel these symptoms are stress related. What can he do?

The answer is Be persistent in communicating with the doctor in multiple visits because sometimes a doctor doesn't see all the symptoms or an underlying issue in the first visit.

Hadad can write the symptoms he's noticing down each day and keep a diary of his symptoms. He can keep a log of his general wellbeing as well. After doing this for a week or two, he can go to the doctor again to see if something has changed or whether the symptoms have stayed the same all the time.
