slant height = 7m

volume of the cone:


V\text{ = }(1)/(3)\pi r^2h\text{ }

But first we need to find the radius, as follows:

now the volume of the cone is:


V\text{ = }(1)/(3)\pi(5.74)^2(4)=138.23m^3

if the sand weighs 50kg per m³, then

50 x 138.23 = 6911.5 kg is the weight of the sand
