Aspect of health balance to achieve total wellness

To achieve total wellness you want to have a very good diet. Losing weight and staying healthy is 80% diet and 20% physical fitness/exercise. But, you still want to get at least an hour of exercise each day.

there are 7 wellness the 1.) physical 2.) emotional 3.) intellectual 4.) social 5.) environmental 6.) spiritual 7.)occupational and there you have these are the 7 wellness that going to help you have a health balance life or whatever you want to call it
