Iron deficiency anemia (ferropenic) is where your body, more specifically, your red blood cells lack iron, and don't have enough iron.

Iron deficiency anemia is a condition when your red blood cells don't contain enough iron. There are multiple causes why this can happen, but it verry often happens with people who are not eating properly and have a poor died. Especially pregnant women should be cautious as to being iron deficient.
